Friendly customer service on the phone. They're quick to get your phone order ready within 10-15mins ready for pick up. The food was delicious. The beans were very soft and didn't have a burnt taste to them. The rice was not dry. Only wish they would've gave me more rice. The asada could've been more tender in some parts but I'm glad it wasn't salty or too chewy. And the horchata was a bit too sweet. Overall though I like it here

Amazing ambiance in this little local spot. It's fun to come sit and watch the TV, have a beer and eat dinner. At one point I LOVED the food, and more specifically the salsa at Los Pericos. At some point they changed the red salsa recipe and I lost interest. When I asked the staff about it (years ago) they didn't know what I was talking about. Haven't been in a while, but I'll have to give another try sometime soon.

I just so happen to stop in while attending a VW car show in Gilroy. I walked in, looked at the menu, and I asked the young woman taking the orders how's the food here. She replied " it's the bomb, you'll see" So I ordered the combo enchilada chili releno comes with beans and rice. My~O~MY!! This is old school Mexican food!! Sooooo goood!! The young woman was right!! It is the bomb!' Great service, and they're NICE! You-will-love-the-food! Good prices too! Photo looks good, huh?

Excellent food and great service. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the options. The menu is fairly extensive and everything tasted awesome. Definitely try the adobado. It's one of the best I've had. Ambiance was traditional, family friendly that we really enjoyed. Overall, great experience.

I love family owned businesses because you always know the food is authentic and really good! We were looking for food spots in the area and found this place. We went for Saturday lunch and it was pretty busy inside. There are lots of seating inside so we were seated right away and got our food in about 15-20 mins. Everything is so freshly cooked and grilled and everything was big portions so we had plenty to take home. My family ordered the Chimichanga Plate, Chile Verde Plate, and Pescado Frito Plate. It was all so flavorful! I got the Carne Asada Plate and while it was also good, the meat seemed a little bit overcooked in my opinion. Our server really made sure we were taken cared of and everyone else really enjoyed their food. I would definitely come back though as they have a really big menu!

We decided to find a spot we haven't tried before and found this Taqueria and gave it a shot! Finding parking right in front may be hard but there's plenty of street parking surrounding the place. The interior is cute yet small and gives the vibe of a family owned restaurant which I love! The servers are all very friendly and check in on you occasionally. The food came out piping hot and the plates were hot as well. I got a Chile Verde Chimichanga Plate and I was not disappointed in the slightest. The food was absolutely delicious and I had plenty to take home. After you've finished eating you pay at the front register. Definitely going to be back sometime!
